Our Mission, Vision & Values

Our Mission

At Fabexco Engineering, our mission is to solve the hardest industrial and aerospace engineering problems with clarity, integrity, and precision. We are committed to designing solutions that work—on time, in the real world, and under real-world constraints. We exist to serve our clients with relentless focus, clear thinking, and deep technical excellence—because when lives, livelihoods, and reputations are on the line, second-best is not an option.

Our Vision

We envision a world where engineered systems elevate lives, protect the environment, and expand human possibility. At Fabexco Engineering, we aim to be the quiet force behind the most trusted products, the safest structures, the most efficient machines, and the boldest breakthroughs in industrial and aerospace innovation. Not for the spotlight—but because excellence is our calling, and engineering is how we serve.

Our Values

  1. Simplicity with Purpose

We believe the best solutions are elegant, not complicated. Complexity is not a virtue—clarity is.

  2. Truth in Engineering

We speak plainly, measure precisely, and never hide behind jargon. Numbers matter. Integrity matters more.

  3. Responsibility to Reality

We design for the world as it is, not as we wish it to be. Every assumption is tested. Every design must earn its place.

  4. Client-Centered Collaboration

We listen deeply and build partnerships rooted in trust, humility, and technical leadership.

  5. Discipline Over Ego

We value outcomes over accolades. We check our egos at the door and let the data lead.

  6. Ethics Before Expedience

We will never cut corners. We stand for safety, sustainability, and doing what’s right—especially when no one’s looking.

  7. Speed with Discipline

We move fast when it matters—but never faster than precision allows. Agility without rigor is chaos.

  8. Relentless Learning

We pursue mastery in every domain we touch. What we know today must not limit who we become tomorrow.

  9. Pride in Craft

We are engineers. That means we build with care, think with rigor, and leave behind work we are proud of.

  10. Service Through Excellence

Our ultimate responsibility is to serve others—with competence, courage, and complete accountability for the systems we design.

Sustainability with Substance

We believe environmental responsibility starts with honesty and engineering discipline, not marketing slogans. Our approach to sustainability is rooted in life-cycle thinking — evaluating materials, processes, and performance over the full span of a product’s existence. We avoid “green” solutions that simply shift the environmental burden upstream or to another industry. Instead, we focus on measurable improvements that make sense technically, economically, and environmentally. Every decision is backed by data, practical feasibility, and a clear understanding of trade-offs, ensuring that our designs deliver real, lasting benefits without compromising performance or integrity.

Coast to Coast

Facilities Throughout North America

With manufacturing & distribution facilities throughout the country, Fabexco is ready to serve you - and your customers - wherever needed.

How to Engage

Your Engineering and R&D Partner

We understand that aerospace and industrial programs demand disciplined execution, technical depth, and absolute clarity in how partnerships are structured. Our role is to provide the specialized engineering bandwidth, simulation capability, and program support you need - delivered under a clear and transparent service framework.

Comprehensive Expertise

  • Fabexco brings combined aerospace and industrial experience across design, analysis, and strategy.
  • Our engineers operate with the same rigor expected in mission-critical environments, applying advanced simulation, strategic insights, materials science, and manufacturing know-how to your program.

Safeguarding Your Intellectual Property

  • Any intellectual property developed under our R&D engagements belongs to you, the customer, unless stated otherwise as a part of a service contract.
  • We take IP stewardship seriously, ensuring that proprietary ideas, methods, trade secrets, and project data are handled with the highest level of discretion and compliance.

Structured Service Agreements

  • Each engagement is defined through a custom service contract that specifies:
    • Scope of work and explicit exclusions
    • Compensation mix (fixed-price, equity in-situ, time-and-materials, or hybrid)
    • Deliverables, reporting cadence, and acceptance criteria
  • This structure provides transparency from the outset, aligning expectations and minimizing risk throughout the partnership.

Transparent Communication

  • Program managers provide clear lines of communication, status reporting, and configuration control consistent with aerospace and industrial best practices.
  • We maintain disciplined change-control and documentation processes to ensure traceability from concept through delivery.

Divided but Integrated Responsibilities

  • We take on the high-complexity engineering workstreams—simulation, test planning, detailed design—while keeping you in full control of program direction and decision-making.
  • This division of responsibilities minimizes technical and program risk while keeping your team free to focus on core priorities.

Compliance

All engagements are conducted in full alignment with U.S. Government regulations, including ITAR and EAR export control requirements, with controlled technical data restricted to U.S. persons unless specifically authorized. We follow NIST SP 800-171 standards and are aligning with CMMC Level 2 for the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information. Our registrations and certifications include (UEI/CAGE), Section 889 compliance, and Joint Certification Program (DD2345) approval for access to distribution-limited DoD data. Every external communication and publication undergoes review to ensure that no export-controlled or client-restricted information is released. Our commitment is clear: deliver world-class technical insight while safeguarding sensitive information with integrity and compliance at every step.
